PactPilot सेवा की शर्तें

PactPilot freelancers के लिए AI client-communication copilot है। Service client messages, selected text, screenshots, contract text, uploaded files और project context का analysis कर सकता है और communication suggestions, tone options, risk notes और draft replies generate कर सकता है।

PactPilot communication decisions support करने के लिए design किया गया है। यह आपके अपने judgment को replace नहीं करता।

PactPilot कोई law firm नहीं है और legal, financial, tax, accounting या professional advice नहीं देता।

Contract-related analysis, clause summaries, risk labels और draft responses केवल communication support के लिए दिए जाते हैं। किसी output पर rely करने या client को भेजने से पहले उसे review करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है। Legal या professional decisions के लिए qualified professional से consult करें।

AI-generated output inaccurate, incomplete, outdated या आपकी specific situation के लिए inappropriate हो सकता है। आप इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हैं:

• सभी generated content को review और edit करना।
• Facts, contract terms, amounts, names, dates और obligations confirm करना।
• यह decide करना कि reply आपकी client relationship के लिए suitable है या नहीं।
• यह सुनिश्चित करना कि Service का उपयोग applicable laws और agreements के अनुसार हो।

हम किसी client response, payment outcome, negotiation result, legal outcome या business result की guarantee नहीं देते।

PactPilot clients को messages, emails या replies automatically नहीं भेजता। आप review, edit, decide, copy और send करते हैं।

Service के कुछ parts के लिए account, app store entitlement, bot session, extension installation या अन्य access method की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। अपने account और access credentials की confidentiality बनाए रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

PactPilot free version और paid Pro subscription offer कर सकता है। कुछ features paid subscription या in-app purchase require करते हैं।

Subscriptions app stores, payment processors या other payment platforms के माध्यम से bill हो सकते हैं। Subscription pricing, renewal periods, free trials और available plans purchase से पहले दिखाए जाते हैं जहां applicable हो।

Subscriptions current billing period समाप्त होने से पहले cancel न करने पर automatically renew हो सकते हैं, या relevant payment platform द्वारा बताए गए तरीके से renew हो सकते हैं। आप applicable account settings के माध्यम से subscriptions manage या cancel कर सकते हैं जहां available हो।

हम app store या payment platform refund processes control नहीं करते। Refund requests relevant platform के माध्यम से करनी चाहिए, जब तक law अन्यथा required न करे।

"User Content" का अर्थ है messages, selected text, screenshots, documents, contract text, project details, prompts, feedback और अन्य information जो आप Service को submit करते हैं।

आप अपने User Content का ownership रखते हैं। आप PactPilot को limited license देते हैं कि वह Service provide, secure, maintain और improve करने के लिए आवश्यक सीमा तक User Content को host, process, transmit, analyze, display और use कर सके।

आप represent करते हैं कि आपके पास User Content को Service में submit करने के लिए आवश्यक rights और permissions हैं।

आप सहमत हैं कि आप यह नहीं करेंगे:

• Service का उपयोग unlawful, harmful, deceptive या abusive purposes के लिए करना।
• ऐसा content submit करना जिसका use करने का अधिकार आपके पास नहीं है।
• Malware, harmful code या Service disrupt करने वाला content upload करना।
• Service को reverse engineer, scrape, overload या interfere करने की कोशिश करना।
• Service का उपयोग spam, harassment, fraud या illegal content generate करने के लिए करना।
• AI-generated output को PactPilot की professional legal advice के रूप में misrepresent करना।
• Service का उपयोग ऐसे तरीके से करना जो किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के rights violate करे।

Chrome Extension उस content का analysis करने के लिए है जिसे आप explicitly submit करते हैं, जैसे selected text, pasted messages, uploaded files, screenshots या supported page content जिसे आप analysis के लिए भेजते हैं।

Extension को आपका full page DOM, cookies, browsing history, tab list या unrelated page content PactPilot analysis के लिए upload नहीं करना चाहिए। यह आपके लिए messages नहीं भेजता।

PactPilot और उसका software, design, trademarks, logos और content हमारे या हमारे licensors के स्वामित्व में हैं और applicable intellectual property laws द्वारा protected हैं।

ये Terms आपको PactPilot की intellectual property का ownership नहीं देते।

हमारी Privacy Policy बताती है कि हम information कैसे collect और use करते हैं। Service का उपयोग करके आप सहमत हैं कि हम Privacy Policy में बताए अनुसार information process कर सकते हैं।

Service hosting, analytics, AI processing, payments, crash reporting या अन्य functionality के लिए third-party providers पर rely कर सकता है। Third-party services का आपका use उनके अपने terms और policies के अधीन हो सकता है।

हम Service के किसी भी part को किसी भी समय modify, suspend या discontinue कर सकते हैं। हम features, pricing, availability या access rules भी बदल सकते हैं, applicable law और platform requirements के अधीन।

आप किसी भी समय Service का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं। यदि आप इन Terms का उल्लंघन करते हैं, risk create करते हैं, Service misuse करते हैं या law द्वारा required हो, तो हम आपका access suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं।

Termination के बाद भी इन Terms की कुछ sections लागू रहेंगी, जिनमें ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability और indemnity से संबंधित sections शामिल हैं।

Law द्वारा permitted maximum extent तक, Service से संबंधित सभी claims के लिए हमारी total liability (a) claim से पहले के 12 महीनों में आपने Service के लिए हमें जितना भुगतान किया, या (b) USD $100, इनमें से जो अधिक हो, उससे अधिक नहीं होगी।

कुछ jurisdictions liability की certain limitations की अनुमति नहीं देतीं, इसलिए कुछ limitations आप पर लागू न हों।

यदि आप PactPilot को app store से download करते हैं, तो app का आपका use उस app store के terms, policies और end user license terms के अधीन भी हो सकता है।

App store provider PactPilot के support या maintenance के लिए responsible नहीं है, सिवाय जहां applicable law या platform terms ऐसा require करें।

हम समय-समय पर इन Terms को update कर सकते हैं। हम updated Terms post करेंगे और effective date update करेंगे। यदि changes material हैं, तो हम additional notice दे सकते हैं।
